Lauren Levin is a Costume Designer, Fashion Designer and Stylist, born and raised in San Diego.

After graduating high school she moved to the Bay Area where she attended and received her BFA in Fashion Design at California College of the Arts. In Spring of 2011 she moved to Geneva, Switzerland, for an exchange program, to study Fashion Design at Haute École D’Art et de Design, where she was a featured designer in their annual runway show.

Shortly after earning her degree, she moved to New York where she freelanced as a stylist, in addition to interning and working for household names, such as Erica Tanov, Badgley Mischka, Erin Fetherston, M.Martin and Rodarte.

In 2014 Lauren established her eponymous label, where she sold at local boutiques in Brooklyn. In addition to her capsule collections, she is also hired for custom works.

In 2015 Lauren was hired as the Assistant Designer for Kay Unger New York, where she and Creative Director Amy DiDonato modernized and repositioned the brand.

Between 2015 and 2017 Lauren worked on a number of Off-Broadway shows, music videos, short films and commercials as a Wardrobe Stylist/ Costume Designer.

In 2017 Lauren started working for four-time Academy Award winning Costume and Production Designer, Catherine Martin, as her Executive Assistant and Design Collaborator.

In 2019 Lauren moved to the Gold Coast of Australia to start pre-production, as the Assistant Costume Designer on Baz Luhrmann’s ‘Untitled’ Elvis Biopic, which is to release in Fall of 2021.
